To compliment yesterday's posting of old stock footage of the old Pennsylvania Station (scroll down to see--I don't feel like pasting a link), here's a minute of stock footage of Grand Central Station in the 1920s. The footage isn't speed-corrected, the image quality is execrable and the time code window-burn all but destroys the ability to view it. Perhaps the best reason to watch this is the fact that it's only a minute long. And for that nice big shot of the station at 48 seconds. And that watching it five times in a row will keep you off Goddam Twitter for five minutes. Whatever. Subscribe in a reader
